Third-party pickup and self-collection policy
If you want to collect a package from a Tiptrans warehouse instead of shipping it through the normal dispatch flow, use the Pick-up by 3rd Party service. This applies to self-pickup as well as collection by your own courier or another person.
What you need before pickup
1. Pick-up by 3rd Party must be activated
Self-collection is handled as a Pick-up by 3rd Party request. Before this service can be activated, Tiptrans must verify your identity.
2. Identity verification is required
KYC identity verification is mandatory before the Pick-up by 3rd Party service can be activated.
If verification is needed, Tiptrans will send you an online verification link. Complete the verification within the time limit shown in the verification message.
3. A dispatch request is required
After requesting Pick-up by 3rd Party, you must also create a dispatch request for the package.
Without a dispatch request, the package cannot be released for pickup.
Fees
Fees apply for pickup services. For example, self-pickup is charged at $15.

Using your own carrier
You can book your own carrier, such as FedEx, for collection.
To do this, arrange the pickup with your carrier and send Tiptrans the shipping label. The selected courier will use local pickup for collection from the warehouse.
Pickup checklist
- Make sure your identity verification is completed.
- Request activation of the Pick-up by 3rd Party service.
- Create a dispatch request for the package you want collected.
- If using your own carrier, book the pickup and provide the carrier label.
- Wait for Tiptrans confirmation before sending anyone to collect the package. :::
When to contact support
Contact Tiptrans before arranging collection if:
- Your Pick-up by 3rd Party service has not been activated yet.
- You have not completed identity verification.
- You are unsure whether your dispatch request is complete.
- You need to send a carrier label for pickup.
